Daphne Guinness and Hercules & Love Affair have shared a fervent creative spark, which now reaches new heights with this fresh take on ‘Burn’. Lifted from the Deluxe Edition of Sleep, Daphne’s original anthem now takes on a new-found intensity, with electro influences reshaping it to ignite dancefloors. Its accompanying video reflects that aesthetic, with the duo’s shared chemistry complemented by a visual focus on old school technology. Speaking about the collaboration, Andy Butler of Hercules & Love Affair says, “‘Burn’ was a joy to co-create with Daphne. After having so much fun remixing the slew of great singles from ‘Sleep’, working on an original production with her was a fantastic new journey. We’ve created a pop song that burns bright and just asks to be rekindled.”
